Coverage
The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product. If your product shows any defects under normal use, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

What is Covered

Defects in Materials: Any flaws or deterioration in the lamp’s components, including the body, LED lights, and battery.
Workmanship: Any issues resulting from the manufacturing process.Accidental 

What is Not Covered
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect.
Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Aura Ave service provider.
Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

 Claim Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@auraave.store.Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim and, if necessary, request that you send the product to us for further inspection.

3. Repair or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace it. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement.

 Important Information
Proof of Purchase: Keep your original receipt or any proof of purchase as it will be required for any warranty claims.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Processing Time: Warranty claims will be processed as quickly as possible. We aim to resolve claims within 10-15 business days from the date we receive the product.

Limitation of Liability
Aura Ave will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
